Absolute Encoder and Incremental Encoder

ABSOLUTE ENCODER and INCREMENTAL ENCODER REPAIR

ENCODERS are divided into two large families: INCREMENTAL or ABSOLUTE.

INCREMENTAL ENCODERS have a simpler electronic circuit, as they aim to inform speed and direction of rotation, not having the property of memorizing a position.

The ABSOLUTE ENCODER, on the other hand, can memorize positioning, inform speed and direction of rotation, being used in applications of greater precision and where it is necessary to store positioning (as in ROBOTICS).

Flateck performs the maintenance of all types of encoders on the market, both in the electronic circuit and in the mechanical stage, acting preventively, such as, for example, in the exchange of bearings with the preservation of the disc.
