Established in 1991, Flateck is one of the largest industrial electronic repair companies in the world. The company has an area of 1500m2, in the city of São Paulo, where its headquarters is headquartered, 8 branches in Brazil: Fortaleza-(CE), Recife (PE), Curitiba-(PR), Campinas (SP), Manaus (AM), Rio de Janeiro (RJ), São Bernardo do Campo (SP) and Belo Horizonte (MG) and also in Florida USA.

Engineering Department

The Flateck Engineering Team is responsible for the development of new test gigas for industrial equipment, new maintenance technologies, new electronic circuits, new industrial automation projects, and new testing methods for electronic components.

Department of Analysis and Diagnosis

Power tests, mechanical vibration, control with electrical and mechanical loads, humidity and programming are performed to make sure that all defects previously pointed out in the equipment have been effectively repaired.

Flateck uses state-of-the-art electronic instrumentation, constantly updating itself to be able to provide the best service in electronic equipment repairs on the market.

Quality Department

After the completion of the repair of any electronic equipment, the Quality Department undertakes a series of technical checks to ensure the excellence of the services performed.
Mechanical items (screws, welds, cracks, cleaning, connectors and connection of components) and electrical tests (power, operation check, signal injection) are evaluated. Vibration and high temperature tests are also performed to identify any intermittent defects.
